Crockpot: Chops or Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 6 or 8 chops or ribs to fill CP (I made less)
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • 1/2 C chopped celery
  • 1 C Ketchup
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Add vegetables and meat together in Crockpot
  2. Mix in Salt, Pepper, Ketchup
  3. In a bowl mix Water, Lemon Juice, Worcester Sauce, Vinegar and Mustard and then add to Crockpot
  4. Cook until tender. (1 hour High and 4 hours low)
