Crockpot: Chops or Ribs

Ingredients:
- 6 or 8 chops or ribs to fill CP (I made less)
- 1/4 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C chopped celery
- 1 C Ketchup
- 1/2 C water
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
- Add vegetables and meat together in Crockpot
- Mix in Salt, Pepper, Ketchup
- In a bowl mix Water, Lemon Juice, Worcester Sauce, Vinegar and Mustard and then add to Crockpot
- Cook until tender. (1 hour High and 4 hours low)
