Crockpot: Spicy Franks

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound hot dogs, cut into bite-size pieces, or cocktail wieners, smoked sausage, etc.

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine everything but hot dogs in the Crock Pot; cover and cook on high 1 to 2 hours, until well blended.
  2. Add hot dogs, stir, and cook another 1 to 2 hours, until heated through.
  3. Turn to low to keep warm and serve from the Crock Pot.
